As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects critical to the success of our business. You will manage cross-functional teams, establish clear milestones, and ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for driving results in an agile environment.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals.
Identify and mitigate risks, addressing potential roadblocks proactively.
Track project performance using tools like JIRA and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within project teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Background in financial services or FinTech is a plus.
