Production AssistantProduction Assistants have regularly scheduled weekday hours to assist as needed with production-related tasks in the BCB Mainstage Theater. Assigned tasks will vary depending on what show is happening on the venue and the phase of production that the show is in. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the technical aspects of theater and get hands-on experience with lighting, props, audio, and carpentry work in the theater. This position reports to the Technical Director but may assist other members of the Performance Services Department as requested.Duties and Responsibilities:Routinely clean and organize the stage and storage areasAssist staff with scenic, props, audio, and lighting projectsWork on assigned projects that can last multiple days (including inventory, organizing, production prep work, etc.)Other duties dependent upon needs of the productions in the venueQualifications and Skills:Some tech experience preferred, but not requiredRegular weekly availability and good time management skillsStrong listening and communication skillsWillingness to learn new things and work hands onPay Rate: $16.97 Hiring Manager: Taylor Kaufman
